I have been taking my e46 325ci for many years now and the team has provided great service. They have responded quickly and efficiently, managed to diagnose the most difficult of my cars issues, and provided options when available. My car went from mistuned to finely tunned and ready for many drives on the PCH.

My wife and I took our Mercedes Benz GLA-250 to Long Beach Autohaus for the first time this month (May 2024) and we were very pleased with our experience. The front desk is responsive, polite, and transparent. The mechanics we talked to were friendly and they got our car in and out same day. Such a nice experience and the prices were reasonable. I am also a fan of the online portal they use to track your past and future services, AutoVitals. It makes it easy to follow along with the work that was done, the amount of money you spent, and any recommended services or upcoming services to plan for. We will definitely be regular customers moving forward!

Super friendly and thorough. Very trustworthy. They really go out of their way to get your car in top shape without gouging nor recommending things that aren't necessary. I'm so happy to have found this awesome shop!
