Five stars, excellent service! After three attempts and a lot of money to some other people whose repairs left my daughter's clarinet unplayable (claiming it was my daughter's beginning clarinet skills that the low notes still would not play), I came to Long Beach Woodwinds for help. With 10 minutes and a very small fee, Long Beach Woodwinds made three adjustments and the clarinet now plays perfectly. This is the only place we will ever go for future instrument repairs, even though it is a bit of a drive for us. They definitely know their stuff.

If we could give this place 10 stars instead of 5 we surely would. We brougnt in our daughters saxophone for repair in two separate occasions and each time the service was great. The gentleman that made the repair (Brian?) took the time to double-check with her on tuning and spent sometimes talking and explaining some very cool stuff. Then he helped her pick the right neck strap. Absolutely professional and honest!

I met some awesome people to help me out. I bought my first otto link mouthpiece. I am extremely happy with my purchase. the envoirment in this store is astronomical. I will likely be going back here! Highly recommend for your instrument needs.
