I am so thankful to Long & McQuade for exceptional service in the drum section. Shane goes above and beyond to give solid honest advice and searching out the best deal. Dave was so patient and helpful with my parts with his knowledge and expertise. Their record keeping, computerized system, value for used items, knowledge of their products and understanding their customers, and giveaways are beyond any other store I’ve dealt with. I came to the store recently and give customer service a big huge 5 stars. Kalman is very knowledgeable! Not only did he help me to find the right type of microphone, but he went out of his way to send me a video that helped me greatly with MIDI instructions for connecting my old keyboard to an audio interface and getting it to work on my software. Great experience! Thank you!
