Ted was a pleasure to work with, met deadlines, kept us posted on any changes and always professional. He was able to keep the scope of the project in check and was very honest honest and realistic about all timelines. The subcontractors he arranged for us were professional, on time and did quality work. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He has also been helpful with questions and consultation long after project was completed. He has done projects for various memebers of our extended family and we have all been pleased with his work.
