I went to LOOK graphics on Wednesday after noon since I had a problem with the decal I ordered online, when I installed it, it looked terrible. It was a 1 piece sticker on clear backing which I now know is not the way to do a window decal. I could not see the lettering and the person I spoke to (internet Co.) did not bother to explain what the right thing to do as he was pushing to approve the proof that they sent.
I gave Karen my file with my company logo on it. She explained the right way to print this decal. She had it die cut where my logo was individual and the lettering was all cut out individually on a white background so you would be able to see the lettering. ( i hope I explained that correctly)
The decal looks fantastic on my window and the service was great. The turn around time was quicker than the internet Co. I ordered from and the quality of their work was fantastic. Their pricing is pretty good too. I also got a couple extra decals because they have a minimum on the run when they print so she said they needed to use the material and that was included so that was a bonus.
