I struggled with TMJ to the point where it hurt to even eat bread or any soft food. I could barely open my mouth. I was in 8 out of 10 pain pretty much 24/7 in my jaw for months. I had seen a TMJ specialist for almost a year with zero improvement. I was recommended to try a chiropractor and after a google search, I found looking glass. Almost a month into chiropractic care from Dr.Crystal, my range of motion in my mouth was back. 2 months in, there was zero pain. I was able to eat in peace again. Getting adjusted also helped my mental health as well as my back tension. My favorite thing about looking glass is how the environment is so warm and friendly. They even show love to my son. Each visit they have a play area and snacks, which makes it so easy to get out of the house with a toddler to go to an appointment. I would recommend looking glass to anyone I meet.

Dr Crystal and her staff are all SO pleasant. I have two under two, but went in for my youngest - Liam - to be seen + adjusted ( just ten weeks old and had been MISERABLE/INCONSOLABLE). I was met with smiling faces and grace - because let’s face it I am usually 2/3 minutes late anywhere when I bring both boys no matter the time I set aside to get there early. They explained thoroughly everything in the process - and even had a staff member hang with my oldest and play with toys so I could actually listen!! - After my littles first adjustment he was physically grinning from ear to ear. I have been told by my husband and friend that “he is a brand new baby” and “this can’t be the same baby because his overall temperament is SO changed. I am so grateful for Dr Crystal and her wonderful staff!!! They are a blessing!

We tried probiotic/prebiotic drops, consulting with his pediatrician and nothing seemed to work!

I am absolutely in awe of this office. It is a dream come true for a mom, such a safe and relaxing place very geared towards families which is extremely admirable. The staff is incredible and the adjustments have been such a blessing for my body! 100 stars. ⭐️ Before coming here, my nervous system was very dysregulated and I tried numerous different things, including massage and diet and many more! Since I started coming, I noticed automatic improvement with my nervous system after each adjustment and I am so grateful for finding this office on Instagram. My favorite experience from my visits so far is not only how comfortable my kiddo is here but how well I instantly connected with Dr. Crystal. Love it!!
