Talk about GOLD STANDARDS from start to finish! I am very big on formality, professionalism and selection of my diamonds and jewelry. When Aaron and I were introduced to Lords Of Luxury, Taylon and Viet's level of customer service has over-exceeded our expectations. They took the time to understand what we were looking for. For the longest I have idolized a solitaire Oval cut diamond with yellow gold ring. I was dead set on having my prongs gold as well. What I appreciate most about Taylon and Viet, was their level of patience to educate us by showing us the difference of the sparkle of the diamond with yellow gold prongs versus platinum prongs. To keep a long story short, at the 11th hour; I had changed my mind about my diamond setting to a elongated cushion cut with side cadi-cut diamonds; Taylon and Viet's turn-around-time was above and beyond; EXCEPTIONAL!! The window of opportunity must have been less then 2 weeks and they made it happen! We appreciate you both for blessing us with your versatility. I look forward to working with them again. I had an exceptional experience at Lords of Luxury, particularly thanks to Taylon. With a vacation approaching, I needed some of my wife's jewelry repaired urgently. Although their initial estimate was a week due to a busy schedule, they graciously expedited the process and astonishingly had everything ready within an hour! My wife was overjoyed to have her cherished jewelry for our trip. During my visit, I also found a stunning pair of 1ct diamond studs at a fantastic price.
