I’m on my third lease with Ann. The house she got us is fantastic. Exactly what we hoped for. There are very few reasons to reach out to Ann, but when I need to, and there have been a few instances, she is incredibly responsive and has the appropriate repair person contact me within a day. Highly recommend Ann to represent you in a rental property, and more importantly, helping with the management.
