Wherever we are we look for the Museum of modern art. This one is very interesting as you can see the La Brea tar Pits for free. LACMA was definitely a sight worth seeing 😍🫶 Incredible one of a kind art exhibits. Literally the building itself was a work of art. 🙌
One exhibit that really stood out to my boyfriend and myself was “Metropolis II” by Chris Burden. It is essentially a miniature version of LA with small cars 🚗💨 🚙💨 🚓💨 🛻💨 🚌💨 🚛💨that circulate through 18 different highways 🛣️! It was truly so captivating to watch and surprisingly loud! 🔊
The museum is quite large with more than one building to view different art exhibitions, such as “Stories of Cinema” 🎥. I would recommend dedicating a few hours to this museum!
We visited during a slow time of year, but I would buy tickets ahead of time to ensure museum access! 🗿
