When I found out I was pregnant I started looking for a midwife that could support both home and hospital births and I'm so happy I found LA midwives! Naomi, Lillit and Lindsay saw me for all of my prenatal appointments for an hour, answered all of my questions and made the pregnancy very low stress. We planned for a home birth but ended up needing a c section. They continuously checked in on me during my early labor, made multiple home visits and when I made the call to go to the hospital Naomi was able to continue my care there. She was there for me for over 24 hours and was an amazing support system. They only take a few clients per month so they are truly available for you when you need them. Even after we decided to go for a c section, she came with us to the OR and made a stressful situation a lot more manageable. Even though I didn't get the birth I had hoped for, Naomi's care made me confident in my decisions and led to an overall pleasant experience. The back up doctors they work with are also amazing but having a midwife who could continue my care at the hospital was crucial and I'm so happy I trusted these ladies with my pregnancy.

I could go on for pages and pages about how great Naomi, Lilit, and Lindsay are. I came under the care of Los Angeles Midwives at 28 weeks and looking back, I’m so disappointed in myself for not having come across them sooner in my pregnancy. The level of care and knowledge they provided was incredible, they had solutions for each and every pregnancy symptom I had. I have never felt so cared for and so listened to by any medical professional. I had an absolutely magical birth thanks to them and my postpartum visits with each of the midwives were so necessary, I can’t imagine giving birth with an OB and then not seeing them for another 6 weeks! I’m so thankful for these 3 incredible woman who helped us deliver our sweet boy, I could not have done it without them.
