While the service and staff were welcoming, quickly getting us our food, the quality of the meal itself was disappointing. The dishes lacked flavor, as if no seasoning was used. This is not the place for authentic Mexican cuisine.
If you’ve had Mexican cuisine anywhere else with a larger Hispanic population, you’ll be extremely disappointed.
We came on a Monday around 12pm, no other customers in the dining area. We were seated upon walking in, however it took quite a while for the waitress to come back with any water or to check on us in order to order food and drinks etc. The food took extremely long to prepare which was odd because we again were the only customers in the restaurant. When the food came it looked decent on the outside, however everything was extremely salty and not fresh tasting. The shrimp tasted frozen and the tamales didn’t seem fresh and homemade, the tacos were greasy. For the price this place is charging, it isn’t worth it.
