I wish I took photos of the Truck showing a bunch of weddings they have catered. I loved seeing the couple posing with their plates of food. It's amazing food and I understand why they wanted to take pictures of the catering at their weddings. When I found the breakfast tacos I knew I had to get them for lunch. Those 2 tacos filled me up almost as much as a full breakfast plate at a sit down dinner. It was perfect for me since it's not to much or to small. The egg was perfect done and the carne asada was amazingly good. Like really really good. I'm not sure I could eat 3 of those but I'd be really dam happy to try. Only downside is the location, I wish they were next to a nice little park or something with outdoor seating. If they were id probably be there 1-2 times a week.
