I had called on a Friday and asked for a consultation to inspect some recent paint damage to a small area of our home.

An appointment was scheduled promptly for Monday with a window of 4-6pm. I was told I would get a call 30 mins before their arrival.

The day of the appointment I receive a call from another company early in the morning and in confusion I ask if this is for the painting services I had reached out about. They said yes and asked that I send photos of the area that needed work. I promptly sent photos via text afterwards did not receive another response despite texting a couple of times asking for updates.
