Best finds. True gem of a shop

I recently visited this shop and could not have left more delighted with the accent pieces I purchased (including a vintager copper frame lamp shade, a couple of asian-inspired silk accent pillows, and a Thai silk fabric I plan to drape over the top of my daughter's bed). The prices are fair to say the least, and the owner, Bonnie, is very sweet and professional. She travels internationally regularly so her inventory is ever-changing and has a wonderful eclectic mix of culturally-inspired pieces, local hand-crafted art from Vashon artists as well as international artists, traditional antiques, including beautiful furniture pieces, and more galore. There was an art deco armoire lovingly restored with a Tiffany blue white-wash and it was stunning - but some lucky person already had it tagged for themselves. If it were not for the small size of my Fiat, I would have easily brought home a lot more goodies. I plan to return to this store, especially since it's only 1.25 hours away from the Eastside and there are many other antique/treasure trove types of stores scattered about all over this beautiful island (that I'm yet to experience firsthand.) I highly recommend it as a must-stop if you ever find yourself in Vashon. Another bonus is that it is right by the beautiful marina and there are places to dine around her shop too - so it would make for a lovely afternoon before this summer is gone.
