I've used louis automotive for services when they were in Auburn way some years ago. Recently used them after finding out they were in federal way, I brought in my own brake parts and had them install it. Cheap quote and no issues. However, that is the day I found out they also had a dealership and I was in the market. I came back a couple weeks later and picked up the car I had my eye on. The salesman, Bryan with a Y, was easy to work with the whole time. The best part is any big maintenance issue I can't do, I trust the work this same auto shop can do for a low price.
