My husband and I bought a wallet here.The SA who handle us so freaking snobby. She's small, black hair looks like Asian. The way she sell something is like a candy grab and go. She don't even show the wallet we bought before putting it in the box and just handed the paper bag to us and freaking go. So annoying she dont put any dustbag. I hope the Management look into there SA the way they handle customers. This kind of shop is not a dollar store. Its a lot of Money and please value your customers.

I absolutely experienced great customer service. I did initially feel a bit out of place and quickly approached by a very kind associate who told me about all their products and made me feel comfortable. Great store and appreciate the kindness. Had a great selection of Louis items to choose from! I will give a shout out to the lady / store associate who was very helpful and warm! Thank you!

Strongly dislike giving anyone 1 star but this is my experience. I was given a blank cardboard white paper in an envelope instead of a gift card with store credit , when I went to go use it towards a $3100 purse to purchase I was shocked to learn that they have such dishonest employees. I lose my respect for them a lot over this experience. To top that off client services didn’t help with this either. They clearly saw all the records of the credit on my account but wouldn’t honor it. Super disappointed. Please do your double checking and don’t trust that the gift card inside the sealed small envelope is actually there because I trusted the employee was honest and didn’t open it until I was ready to buy more and found a blank.
