Always unfriendly salespeople. You always have to approach them. I bought a crossbody bag which was the last one from their display case. I decided to exchange it for a bigger not stiff bag but I was told it is over 30 days and they do not make an exception. What a waste of money as they are not able nor want to accommodate customer for being Unhappy with the purchase. Do not buy LV handbags unless you try it in the store if it will work for you. And salespeople only like to sell them but will not help you with other stuff. They do not care as long as they sell you their expensive handbags. It is the End for me buying LV as I realize now that it is not worth the price and customer service. I would prefer buying Fendi and more Gucci.

I bought 2 luggage pieces that were out of stock. They were able to have them brought from the Bellevue store within an hour! Thats customer service....which is so rare in Seattle.

I have contacted two sales associates with what I wanted to order and one did respond and once I stated I would like to place the order never got anything back. This has been a few days and I even asked what information did you need to process my order. So inconsiderate and I took my business else where.
