New Patient my appointment got canceled because I didn’t arrive 30 minutes before.. I was never told I had to be there 30 minutes before when I made the appointment by phone. front desk need to be kind. When I told her no one told me when I made my appointment and I had filled out all the policy and stuff last night online, She just said “it say it in our door”. Well I guess I should of gone to the clinic a day before to read all the posts they have in the door and windows..

We have been with Dr Devera 12 years for all of our kids. We adore him and his staff. As far as the staff and drs are concerned I would give 5 stars. However I am so disappointed in the new location sharing a lobby with OT and PT and drug testing etc. it’s overly crowded not kid friendly at all and the new space seems much smaller. I think it was a huge mistake to move a pediatric office to this space. We are very disappointed in the move.

I have been taking my kids to Dr. Devera since my son was born in 2011-we now live in Walla Walla and don’t mind the drive. Every visit is pleasant and full of good information. He is the most knowledgeable and caring pediatrician I’ve ever been to.
