We bought a dryer and fridge from them. Delivery was late a day cuz, they supposedly couldn't get a hold of the delivery guy, who is also part owner with his wife. When we complained about the dryer not working, it wouldn't get hot, the owner (the woman) called us liers and yelled at us saying we broke it. Later her husband admitted, the part that was broken was probably broken during the delivery process. They didn't want to fix it initially, but changed their minds, after many many phone calls, as long as we brought the dryer in ourselves and picked it up. Then after that the fridge, broke. It wasn't staying cold. After a few calls, They came out and fixed it enough to work for a lil bit by putting small amount of freon in it. We had to have another person come out to put more freon in again cuz, Leo (the owners husband and guy who fixes the appliances and delivery guy) didn't put enough. Now it leaks. We called leo for a repair. After agreeing to come and check it out, he claims he forgot that he had to go on other deliveries and couldn't come that day after all. He rescheduled for the next day. He never came, and hasn't returned our calls. Their customer service skills suck, and they always give us the run around. Bottom line, They sell junk and don't deserve your business. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

This place doesn't deserve 1 star.
This place doesn't deserve 1 star. They take your money and charge you a ridiculous delivery fee of 20 dollars to go 3 blocks away from their store. Now they say we will bring the refrigerator but you have to have somebody bring it upstairs. Now mind you, they were supposed to take away the old refrigerator. These people are very rude and unprofessional after they take your money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
