Horrible customer service. I received a cancellation the day before my appointment by email. No phone call with an apology and no return call for the voicemail I left. I had flown in from NYC to do this appointment with my mom and sister. I’m very disappointed in the way this was handled and would not recommend this store to anyone.

I purchased both my dress and veil at Lovely Bride (on different occasions), and was helped both times by Zen. Zen was helpful, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable! My mom and sister came to both of my appointments. Zen made sure to include them in the process both times, while also making sure that I felt comfortable and listened to. I would definitely recommend Lovely Bride!

They canceled my appointment 3 hours beforehand due to an “unexpected development.” The only solution they could offer was asking me to “stay tuned” for a phone call to reschedule in a few weeks. Horrible customer service and no real explanation provided.
