I am beyond grateful that I visited the Lovesac family in Sherman Oaks! Initially we went to the Pasadena one but it was closed because of the Rose Parade and we did not want to miss out on the 25% off sale so we made the drive out to Sherman Oaks and we were ecstatic about our decision.
Catherine welcomed us with open arms when we entered and provided us with expertise that we would not have learned about if it weren’t for her. She was patient with our decision and made sure we knew all of our payment options and provided our purchase breakdown. We really love that she was honest and amazing to work with and can’t wait until the next time she helps us!
Also the team at Lovesac is amazing as well! It felt like a group of good friends hanging out when we were talking to them. I highly recommend them and can’t thank them enough and the cherry on top is that they continue to help you even after your purchase!
