This was my first time my friend Alex and I were making making a purchase with Lovesac and Ali was not only incredibly helpful, but also very patient with our questions.
Ali guided us every step of the way of what would be best for us. From insights of what style would fit best for our comfort to laying out through the toy blocks of what would design would be best within the home. I have never purchased a couch before, let alone two, but Ali made the experience very easy through his detailed explanation and guidance. There was never a moment that we were lost nor led astray. Any questions or worries that we had, Ali answered them all and had us leaving as happy customers who are incredibly excited to receive our purchases.
