Are Jose Ortiz would like to give loving neighbor Home Care a high rating from the owner Svetlana that is willing to step in when her caregivers are not available to complete their schedule my caregiver Serena was on vacation and the owner Svetlana stepped in to help me the client get groceries and other things and filled in just like the caregivers would and do everything like they would that tells me that the owner really cares of the clients better company loving neighbor Home Care brings into their company and services them I rate loving neighbor Home Care at 10 plus in my eyes and it has to do because the care owner herself steps up to take care of the clients thank you Svetlana for stepping in for Serena I really appreciate you guys so very much for taking good care of me

This was the first time we had to use in home care services. My father was in hospice care and we needed a team to care for him 24/7. This provided great relief to my mother and sister so they could grieve and take care of themselves and be available to be with dad for his remaining time. The entire team at Loving Neighbor Home Care was beyond wonderful. Not only did they provide for the immediate needs of my father, but they also took great care of my mother. Just being there to listen, visit, ensure she was getting rest, eating, taking as much stress off of her as they could was over and above. They quickly became family in our time of need.

As a licensed Registered Nurse in WA state, I have referred many people to Loving Neighbor Home Care, and that includes a family member, recently on hospice. I have had the pleasure working with this company numerous times. The care givers are impeccably trained for all needs, and the owner is amazing.
