I went to get my ear pierced for the second time since the first one finally healed properly. (I got the cartilage pierced) any who, I went back and the associate who was there was very nice in the beginning, but she then started to talk to someone on the phone, and had her conversation on speaker. Anywho she asked me what earrings I wanted and I told her I wanted the smallest ones because I wanted the earrings to be more subtle. She ended up selling me the bigger studs. I did not know I was getting the bigger ones until she had them on my ear. Not to mention, she sprayed alcohol onto her hands and continued to talk on the phone. (Throughout the entire time she was on the phone with someone) i went back today, trying to buy more jewelry, and she was attentive to the person she was piercing her ears. So today, instead of buying more jewelry I just left. It was an awful experience and to have to go back and see her treat customers different made me not buy anything. If I could give zero stars I would.
I now have 2 studs that are bigger than what I wanted. I will not be getting anymore jewelry from here. Management, really needs to do something about the customer service.
