My friend 13 year old son drowned here July 2022 and they did not take responsibility. They left those kids unattended and told them to get in. Justice will be served!!! We going to court! Always make sure your kids are safe at these camp sites.

Beautiful little lake on Anderson Island. We hung out at the public beach on an unusually hot 95 degree day in July. It was crowded but everyone was nice and considerate. Parking is limited so get there early. Big trucks will have difficulty parking. Motorized boats are allowed but the lake is so small you will spend most of your time turning around. The boat ramp is on the opposite side from the public beach. There is a 2 story floating raft that is fun to jump off and the floating barrier keeps the boats away. It was warm enough to stay in all day but cool enough to cool you off. There is a porta potty but no other amenities. Bring something to float on to have the most fun.
