Rude staff. Came in with everything that was required and the ladies were very unprofessional. Oh and they wait too long to check a urine specimen. Supposed to be checked within minutes but they are to busy on their phones now I have to sit here with no water to try to pee again.

I sent two employees into the Chehalis office to obtain drug testing. Both reported back to me that Sherry Castagno, the medical assistant, was outrageously rude to them. Have them attitude the entire time. Challenged the fact that we have never sent anyone in their before, mind you one of the two was sent there two years ago for the sale drug test. Regardless, their website says they don’t need an appointment and only thing they need is a valid photo ID. I won’t use the expletives they used to describe her poor attitude, but I will say we have eight more employees to get tested and it won’t be with this company thanks to their employee Sherry. If it was reported to me that one of my employees treated a customer to my business the way she treated mine on two separate occasions, they would be looking for a new job that afternoon. I’m a firm believer that my employees are the companies first impression to the customer and I hope for this clinics sake that this won’t go unheard.
