So far I can say that this place definitely needs to hire a More professional secretary that’s the first thing When we called to get the address, she gave us the runaround. Her name was Billy. She actually sent us to Peace Health knowing the referral was put in to her clinic because they do not have that type of machine to do that type of scan over at Peace Health in Vancouver Washington therefore, then we had to call back and she did not want to talk to me while my cousin has dementia. She wanted to talk to my cousin who doesn’t do any of the talking. Or scheduling for appointments and then she wanted to fight with me over the phone On getting there address how unprofessional and ridiculous in the end we had to Google it, just to get the Correct address because the lady Billy would not give us the correct information. I feel they would get probably more clients if they had a better receptionist that was more professional and friendly and helpful. We haven’t made it to the appointment yet. It’s not time but I can tell you one thing so far it’s not good. they’re lucky to get one star at this point when someone has to be scanned for cancer that stressful enough!! Let alone the hassle and the drive clear across town is even more stressful. We DONT need to be treated. Disrespectfully we’re already going through quite the ordeal. Dementia is very hard to deal with on top of now possibly cancer. If you could imagine it would be a lot more better, If somebody could just not give you the runaround making you call all these different centers and just be straight up with the address!! ✌️🫶🏼💪🙏🏻😇
