Lowes North Spokane, WA - The delivery department is beyond stupid! They try and deliver windows and a door to me before my shop is even open. They call at 0630 saying they are 1 hour out. We are very remote so I let them know I can be there in 1 hr and 15 minutes at the soonest. They ask me if I want the windows and door dropped off somewhere. I tell them no I will be there ASAP. So they just reschedule the order I have waited a month for. I call the delivery manager and tell him to contact them and have them deliver today he states they will reschedule the delivery driver isn't authorized to wait. Granted they just drove 2 hours north to get to me. I tell him I am on my way so turn them around. He again states we will just reschedule. I tell him to find out where they are and I will meet them to get my stuff. He then accuses me of threatening his driver. How is driving to meet them to get my stuff a threat? He then states he will just refund my money and cancel the order. I guess the $20K I have spent with them this year so far alone isn't worth 15 minutes to deliver another $4k of product. You just lost a customer for life!

Pam is so extremely rude. I requested a price match upon check out since this is something your store offers and Pam huffed and puffed about this. I have no idea why this was such an issue to her but she was mean, unkind, and acted so put out. I’m confused by this interaction and do not think she should be working with the public if this is how she interacts with them. Terrible!

Big thanks to Jacob, Julian, & David at the North Spokane Lowe's location! These guys were lifesavers for two DIY newbies like us tackling our kitchen project (we were doing a little remodel). They were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive at we deciphered our shopping list. They even offered alternative products and solutions that made the job easier. Excellent service! And our kitchen turned out great!
