I'm my dealings with Lowe's they've gotten worse. I've had a card for over 10 years. It's to the fact now that it ends up costing me money to shop here. The quality of almost everything I buy is low and lower at best. From little hose knosels that leak badly the first use...to ceiling fans that don't come with mounting screws, " use mounting screws provided with ceiling box." Not all installs are new materials. Box in ceiling w/o screws and mon provided....hmmm another trip to Lowe's for two simple screws that use to be provided. All righty then picture this if you will. I have three(3) security lights i just installed this summer. All are malfunctioning in different ways. First it was one coming on during daylight but now I need to replace all three. NTS my new customer is not happy and is unimpressed. You can imagine doing every job twice not to mention the install Lowe's charges is $149. I would be a little more upset if I had paid for three of those 450 some$ It's taken me almost two years to bail on Lowe's because of where HD donates their money. However, I cannot find the quality needed at Lowe's. I have have no issues with home Depot so far. Basically sometimes I feel like I'm feeding the landfills with Lowe's products unfortunately.

As a general contractor, Lowe's is my go-to store for all my project improvement needs. I visit my local store a few times per day, and I'm always impressed by the high variety of materials they have in stock. The friendly staff are always ready to assist and provide expert advice. A special shoutout to the Pro Desk workers who consistently offer top-notch service. Highly recommend Lowe's for their excellent selection and customer service!

Very poor customer service, it seems as if people don’t enjoy working there… hard to find someone to help you and not to mention that you get someone with poor attitude… I’ll drive a little more from now on to shop at a better place.
