Bought dryer and accessories and had it delivered. The dryer had 2 damaged corners and a tub so loud you couldn't talk to person next to you. Refused delivery and they took dryer back with all accessories. Next day they delivered a replacement with the accessories. Dryer seems to be ok but have only used once. Did not need 3 accessories so was told to return to lowes for credit on charge card. Lowes quincy refused to credit card for these items and only issued a store credit. This is wrong as lowes paperwork was apparently screwed up with 2 different order numbers. I have bought most of my appliamces from lowes but I have bought my last one from there. This is totally wrong and no fault of mine. Very poor customer service over $28.xx. all over a damaged dryer that should never have been delivered to me in the first place!! Beware!!!

we bought refrigerator and the sales person set it up for sunday morning between 8:00 and noon on mothers day. by 12:15 we had not heard anything so i called the number on the card we were given and that lady told us we were schefuled 4:00 to 8:00. tried to contact the store and couldnt get.to a person in the store. not happy with this whole deal wont buy from them again wasting the whole day!!

Favorite "Home Improvement" store out of the 3 and 1/2 we have in town. Staff is usually fabulous. Jeremy (manager/assistant manager) always goes out of his way to address me. Great guy, gives the personal relationship feeling. ALWAYS my first stop when needing something for around the house. Great value for this household.
