Was told by the cashier the only place to buy the mulch on sale is at the single outside cash register that had about 15 people in line. They are choosing to have 4 self checkouts in the store with nobody competent working them. What happened to customer service? Absolute joke what I've come to expect from them.

unusually good customer service and care here. vince from paint was very helpful and genuinely cared. dave from the pro desk was patient and knowledgable as well.

I used to love this store. The last few times I’ve gone, I have had horrible experiences. The paint department mixed a 5 gallon bucket a completely different color than I asked for. When I tried to get help, nobody could do anything. Customer service is useless and the management is impossible to talk to. I’m not even sure there are managers. I certainly couldn’t find any, nor did any answer pages.
