Good store. Sometimes, things are not in the locations the online description points to. The drip irrigation parts selection has gotten better, but the choice of other lawn sprinkler parts seems to have suffered. They have self checkout, which is really convenient. Be sure and check for the mulch sale in the spring (you can save hundreds of dollars).

Drove over 45 minutes to pick-up my order. They couldn’t find it. Karson told me he would look for it and give me a call later on. I never received that call. I continued to call and try to find a resolution. Four times I got transferred to a manager that never picked up the phone. I was not driving back down there. I received absolutely no help from every associate, all they could do was put me on hold or transfer me. Will never do business at this location ever again.

Horrible place to shop! Stood 10 plus minutes for an employee to mix me up a gallon of paint. Ringing for assistance the whole time! Then get to check out & my on sale ladder wasn’t ringing up right price! No manager would answer employee to ring me up! Sent me to returns! EVEE was her name! EXTREMELY RUDE to me. Ordering me to walk halfway cross store again to take a picture of the sale. Uh no! Thats your job! EVEE got rude & was not wanting to help ring me up! I will drive outta my way to springdale where they have great customer service before returning to this store!!!!!
