Absolute nightmare experience. The sales person didn’t set up the delivery correctly for starters so the delivery person didn’t have the proper parts or tools to hook up my stove. My stove arrived damaged in a very conspicuous place. They installed it and said to contact the store and took my old stove away. After an hour and twenty minutes on the phone I was told I needed to purchase another stove and in a month or so when the replacement comes in they would credit my account. Then I got a call back that the stove is now no longer available. I ended up taking a discount but preferred a new stove. On top of this the microwave and dishwasher get delivered by a third party so I had to wait for a second delivery 4 hours later. Because the first delivery made such a mess of my floors I asked the second delivery guy to wear shoe covers. He said it was against company policy. Every person that has done work or a delivery to my home has these on hand. I asked if he would remove his shoes and he said no. I will never do business with Lowes again. I spent over $6k for horrible service and a damaged product. Too many incompetent people and no accountability.
