Very well organized store. It is also very close to the 57 so that makes it very convenient. I am often needing hardware and I am happy to say that the department was well stocked. The employees that I had interaction with were very friendly and helpful.

I’ve shopped here for many years, regularly purchasing my business supplies. I just had the worst experience in the San Dimas store. What should have been 20 minutes turned into well over an hour. I walked around trying to find someone to help me in Shelving for 20-minutes. I put everything back and was leaving, when I saw someone in a red Lowe’s vest and asked for help. He tried, but admitted he was totally incompetent and had no clue. That wasted more time, and I asked him to find someone knowledgeable who could help me. 10-minutes later he returned stating he could find NO ONE else. I asked to speak with a Manager on my way out. He told me, “I’m sorry, he shouldn’t have told you he couldn’t find anyone. I’m sorry.” That was it!!! No, “Let me see if I can help you, or find someone who can”. Nothing more. This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had shopping at Lowe’s, and you couldn’t care less that I just ended up walking out of your store! That’s probably the worst part.

I had really high hopes when we ordered six interior doors from Lowe’s. We were promised that the doors would be in within a couple of weeks, no more than 3 weeks. We purchased the doors on February 24, 2024….it is now April 18, and still no doors. Yesterday when I called to check on the doors, I was told they would be in today. My husband actually went into the store and no one knew what was going on. Someone told him the doors would not be in until April 26th. They’re not super special doors. They’re just doors. We didn’t order them made out of solid gold or any other crazy material. They’re just interior doors. Not sure what the deal is, if the people making the doors are the issue or if Lowe’s just keeps telling us the doors are coming in so we won’t get upset. We just want answers, and we want doors installed in our house because after a renovation for the past six months, our house is finally done and we have no interior doors in half the house. One thing for sure will never order doors or anything else major from Lowe’s again
