Worst staff ever. With the acceptation of a few knowledgeable staff. Fabio was a great help. The man who works in gardening was extremely disrespectful had had a lack of work ethic. I recommend going to Home Depot down the road, which I will gladly do next time.

Salesman raved about a washer, said Samsung fixed all the quirks. I bought what he recommended but wanted to relocate my laundry room so it took 6 weeks to do. First time I used washer I called and said I needed to return it, it was junk. I couldn’t. It had been more than 49 days. Spent $960 (tax included here) on a washer that is NOT energy efficient (was told it was one of the most energy efficient) clothes aren’t nearly as clean as my 14 year old front loader was and I’m miserable . I’m stuck with it till it’s paid off then I’ll go to a reputable appliance store, not a big box store.

Clean and everyone is helpful, we were asked if we needed assistance while shopping but weren't bothered with tireless sales pitches. In the end we settled on a Samsung washing Machine which was shipped out immediately the following day. Over all it was a great experience
