There is a customer service representative named Maria and every time I visit the store for some return she becomes unfriendly like why am I returning products. Tonight she was really mean and disconnected. Something that I never felt with other Service Representative. So I rated my experience 1.

One of the worst experiences I ever had at a "home improvement" store, when I asked for some help finding an item, I was told by the customer service representative, sorry I just started here and we are way understaffed, I just can not help you. There was literally no one available to get me the item (90 degree 4" diameter elbow for A/C ductwork). Unbelievable, worst store.

Horrible service. Spent 35 minutes with 3 employees who were friendly but incompetent. Asked to see the manager who pretended to be busy or overwhelmed. Ace Hardware or Home Depot is the solution for your home improvement needs. Lowe's has lost their focus and I will never return. Take my advice and don't waste your valuable time .
