I go in at 8:45 to do a return and the girl tells me it's not working so all the sudden there is 4 ladies trying to to do it and all have a different excuse why they can't do it. how incompetent are these people. Then they want my ID to do store credit I'm not walking back in the rain to get my ID outside then come back in and left. on my way out the lady tells me it's cause it's already been returned, how is that I bought the stuff and it's right there. Are you trying to say I'm doing wrong ? Well I come back in the morning and they return it no questions asked. What a surprise so either the workers are retarded or messing with me to not return it. That's why people don't want to shop here if I could I wouldn't even give one star SMH

I Had to delete my last review because of 2 situations that happened. First one i heard an employee make a comment to another employee that she was going to follow me around the store because i was going to steal something. i was completely surprised offended and disrespected by the female employee. second i made a $180 purchase walked out the exit around to the entrance to get my bike and had a manager come barging after me asking to verify my receipt with the look as if he knew i was guilty of stealing. After some choice words i provided the receipt, all im assuming because i have my arms fully covered in tattoos. Talk about defamation and being judged. ill never step foot in a lowes again. Unless corporate makes it right
