I bought wood from this location and had them cut it for me. I even tipped the person for cutting it for me. I came home and all the pieces have wrong measurements, and not squared. I called them and I was told by a rep that I can bring it back and I’ll either get my money back or get the new sheets of plywood. So I took it back since I was told to bring it back and the manager who was extremely rude didn’t even let me talk and just said NO. This was the worst experience I had with any retail transaction. The worst customer service. The rudest manager. TRY TO AVOID GOING DURING THE DAY. The manager during the day is horrible.
