Best Lowe's near San Francisco. Great garden center, more knowledgeable staff, and wide selection of goods and tools for your DIY projects. I highly recommend driving the extra distance to shop here.

I came in today hoping to get some assistance with some paint needs at my house. The associate working the counter at the paint section was looking aimlessly into the distance while I was standing at the counter. When he finally sees me, no smile, greeting, or anything. He pulls up his mask and looks at me annoyed. I informed him the paint I was looking for was from Kelly Moore and no longer available. I asked him if they would be able to mix a blend if I had the color code (one of my neighbors says this was possible). He annoyingly said no and just points to a sign on the counter, doesn’t offer any explanation. The sign on the counter just says interior/exterior paint and different types. I said out loud, this isn’t very helpful, hoping he can explain further or at least find another associate who may know more. Unfortunately he just continues to stand there with the blank look on his face. I told the rep, I’ll just get my paint from somewhere else. I was highly disappointed with the overall interaction and assistance (if any) I received from this associate. I want to give him the benefit of doubt, but if this is the type of “service” offer at this Lowe’s, then I rather take my business elsewhere.

Greatl shopping experience AGAIN at Lowe's in San Bruno, even with the drive from San Carlos. It's was worth it.
Painting my house and decided to get supplies from Lowe's. Checked out the prices and found it very competitive. Started with a short list and got longer in an hour... I knew I will be having Lowe's be my home improvement go-to place to get all my DIY home needs & essentials. I'll be doing my roof soon.
Filled out a credit card application that evening and got approved immediately. I'm set as my go-to Lowe's Home Improvement Store . Thank you for the experience.
