I typically have no problem with these stores but c'mon guys several employees just STANDING IDLING at self checkout when we've been waiting for an associate to help unlock a drill case, even caught some attitude from an employee when she went to "call" for assistance. Took much longer than it should have, shame they haven't developed a more efficient system so that an associate can unlock a locked case that doesn't take 30 minutes

I don't even know where to begin. My mother in law ordered 4 new appliances for her home she's selling and it's been nothing but a headache since we went in the store. First, they took over a week just to come out to measure the appliances, then we went to the store to pay for all four appliances and was told the refrigerator would be coming on a certain day way before the other three appliances and we scheduled a delivery installation date. Well we went to the house waited for 7hrs for them to tell us oh sorry but none of your appliances even got ordered!! After she paid over 4k!!! Please consider going somewhere else for your appliance needs because Lowes is not it!!

My favorite hardware and building supply store in town. I have been shopping here for almost 4 years now I appreciate the friendly staff and openness of the store. It's easy to find what I need and if I need help there is always someone willing to help. I also really appreciate that the store is dog friendly! I'm a service and therapy dog trainer and often bring dogs through to introduce them to a public environment.
