I hope you have a lot of patients before you buy anything here at Lowers West Sac that might require a return. Maybe a paint brush? Here:
My husband and I purchased washer/dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher. The dishwasher leaked. I tried calling this West Sac store to have it returned and a new one installed. Called, told customer service the issue, transferred me to appliances. Appliance didn't answer and the phone passed me back to customer service. This continued for almost an hour and I give up. End up driving to the store to get a in person experience.
At appliances counter, I spoke to a wonderful person but she had to get someone from customer services to authorize the return and get me another dishwasher.
I will put aside the awful Assisted Manager who basically told me take or leave it: buy a new one, wait for it to come in, then have the old one uninstalled and returned and once returned, the refund will take 10 days. Reason: "we didn't open the box so it not our issue".
uninstalled happened, new one installed. No receipt could be given for the dishwasher we sending back. So today I called Lowes in West Sac to verify that the defective washer was received, since I had no receipt. I waited 40 minutes still not answer. I was on a hold with music for most of this time. Then it went to ringing, then hold music, then ringing then hold music then ringing and then just ringing, and ringing.
As I finish this, it is still ringing. Time: 51:46. I'm going to look over my review and let you know once I am ready to click sent the final time: 62: 38. I had to pee before sending. Bye
Update: I was told that I had to wait at the most 10 days to get my refund for the defective dishwasher (see above) the dishwasher was give back to Lowes September 3, 2024. Today is September 17, 2024 and no refund. No doubt I will need to call, go through waiting 50 minutes to talk to a real person who doesn’t see that the washer was given back.
As you can see, after all of the above, I’m not feeling confident that I’ll get the same old treatment.
BTW, the number below that Lowes ask me to call is the same number called above.
