My coworker showed me this place (visiting from Canada) and I loved the southern theme! The decore was so cute and I thought the food was good! I liked the biscuits they gave with the butter.

Was embarrassed by the manager Mike Schoha at the Long Beach town center Lucille’s infront of my two kids and other guests eaten around us, he claimed that his staff recognized us for not paying a bill twice and that he was not going to send anyone to serve us and walked away, I got up from my table and walked towards him and told him that there was no way I had never skipped on a bill and that the last time I was there was about a month 1/2 ago with my brother and my parents. I told the manager that what he had done infront of all those people was very unprofessional and embarrassing to me never once he apologized for it, I offered to show him my bank statement to prove to him that I paid my last visit, only thing he said was that the only way they would serve us was by me having an open tab using my bank card, I even got my brother who was with me at my last visit to Lucille’s on the phone and confirmed to him what I had previously told him about my last visit, finally I asked for corporate number and he refused to give it to me and said for me to call on Tuesday, I asked him for his name and corporate name and he only gave me first names , I said I needed last names because there could be other people working there with the same name, I am very upset of how I was embarrassed and treated by this person. I have never ever skipped on a bill, they had no prove to show me they just profiled me and my kids.

Had lunch with mom. Service is great. Friendly and prompt. I had the three meat lunch. The pull pork is tender and juicy. Both the brisket and baby back ribs were just slightly drier than usual. The rib tip appetizer was pretty good too.
