Went to Lucille's for a late dinner. There was a bit of a wait but it was dinner time in Rosemead, which is understandable. Restaurant interior and exterior were clean. Ambiance and atmosphere were nice. Being in the restaurant takes you away from the business of what's happening in the world. Service was not as pleasant. Server didn't smile and wasn't personable. She did not appear busy all of the time. Our bread came out late and there was very little follow-up. The food tasted delicious as it was served hot; the way it should be. Loaded baked potatoes are outstanding. I ordered the country fried chicken, which had some of the best savory flavor that i have ever experienced all over the world. Amazing dish. If your looking for some hearty comfort food, this is the place to eat and enjoy.

Ordered BBQ ribs, veggie burger. Ribs were burned to charcoal black, tasted too bitter. Maybe because it's New Year's Eve? Love the bread with sweet butter. Vegetables sides are boring. Good service. Price is too expensive with this quality. Regret didn't buy discount gift cards from Costco.

Great food, the devil egs were a nice surprise. If you go, you may have to wait 15-20 min to be seated. The outdoor seating is covered and glassed in. Full bar also. Prices $$-$$$. Parking free as it is in a mall.
