One of our family friends recommended this place. So I made an appointment in advance for both of my dogs. When I showed up they told me that they are busy and don’t have time to do it. Unfortunately it was a huge inconvenience for me as I had to bring 2 big dogs from the canyon and return them back home before going to work and it just ruined my whole day appointments. I believe they are not professional enough to accommodate a new customer. No one will drive 2 big dogs 10 miles without an appointment for grooming. She just said you don’t have an appointment. Very disappointed with their customer service!!!!
