I had an amazing experience in the Anaheim Hills store. This was my first time in the store and I will be back! I worked with Stephanie, and I am so thankful for her kindness, thoroughness and patience. I had no idea what I wanted so she went through all my options after analyzing my feet. Her service was second to none!

I had the pleasure of having Shay at the Long Beach store to help me yesterday. She was very nice, could answer and explain any questions I had. She was very informed about all her shoes she helped me with. When I made my purchase I felt good about what I purchased. It was a great experience finding the right tennis shoes for walking. We stopped by to look for everyday shoes & insoles at Lucky Feet & were blown away by the staffs knowledge & patience! We (Husband & I) came in with our two boys (3.5yrs & almost 6yr old). Of course their patience was shorter than ours but the staff came over & brought them papers, highlighters, & stickers to help entertain them. & that is the difference of shopping local. That special touch you receive from the staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lucky Feet Shoes !!
