Fantastic products and service. I have ordered tags from these guys for years and their customer service is top notch. I just received my order of two dog tags for my boys, but I had mistakenly ordered tags that though beautiful with the enamel hearts, were very heavy for my dogs; I called them and a very sweet young lady changed the tags to the less heavy, simple stainless ones for me.
