This store is like jail. Bars everywhere. If there was an emergency! You would not make it out. I live in other city. Reminded me of the east s.j And what kind of people are around. Left immediately......

I have lived in the Evergreen area for years and have never gone into this Lucky until last night. I found what I needed and was in and out for 9 pm. Most of the experience is the customer service and Alex was my cashier but she did not say hi, give me my total or say bye. Hopefully her customer service improves. Definitely was an awkward experience and not very welcoming.

This store and location is outrageous! Talk about bad customer service, I’ve never felt more uncomfortable than I have before. I go in to get a few things and as I wait in line I witness the supervisor Juliene raise her voice at the bagger that was bagging for her then turn around and tells checker to check faster. This should be an automatic punishment along with holding the person above her accountable as well Rick Perez. Since this statement is being published I would like to also proceed to say that days prior, I overheard him yell at the younger workers that may be minors. Very unprofessional and I will not be back for good.
