We ate here today (Tuesday 13 Aug) and have to say we had a fab experience.
The waiters were attentive enough, engaging and chatty, as well as explaining the menu and certain dishes we asked about, as well as the wine!
The food arrived in good time and was very tasty, a bruschetta with fresh tomatoes and two pasta dishes - both cooked to perfection and very tasty.
Overall an excellent visit and would not have an issue in recommending a visit here.

“Hidden in plain sight” gem of an Italian restaurant. Located at the edges of little Italy, but still full Italy in taste & flavor. Small interior with extra seating outside. Garlic bread extra garlicy, perfectly toasted, & not greasy! Pastas were made from scratch, as if Luisa was still in the kitchen. Looking forward to my next visit!

We came here in a large group of seven people. Our first impression was good, the staff were really friendly. The appetizers we ordered tasted great, but the portions were tiny and the burrata had the texture of mozzarella. What really disappointed us were the pizzas, as they were bland, had way too much oil and the yeast dough was amateurish. The gnocchi were good, but slightly bland as well. Most of the stated Yelp ratings can't be found online and weren't accurate in the slightest. The prices are exorbitantly high and the quality does not live up to them. Sadly, I can't recommend Luisa's Restaurant.
