We didn’t know where to start, but JaVonne’s expertise and patience guided us to exactly what we wanted. She is AWESOME! JaVonne took time to provide us with product info on various different options, and she strongly encouraged us to take samples home before committing. We appreciated that she did not put any pressure on us to make a decision hastily. The final product looks AMAZING in our space…we are even considering replacing other flooring in our home with the same product. We’re so thankful for the help and guidance we received. Phenomenal experience here. Ken really knows his flooring and explained it to me and my wife, so we could get the right flooring for our needs. Great selection of flooring. Pricing was great and service unmatched. They let us borrow multiple samples (and multiple boards in each sample) to make sure the flooring was the color we wanted.

We are designing and building a custom home and Ken has been great to work with! He’s been super helpful, has a great eye for detail and never makes us feel rushed while looking through multiple options. They also have great prices and if something is not in stock it ships quickly to the store. Will use them for all our interior needs in the future!
