The older female Caucasian staff can be a bit rude. They would interrupt you just to chit-chat with a coworker, or ignore you completely while you are speaking. I've noticed this happen to customers who are non-white, including myself.

I walked in this store really excited. One because I had just purchased my first pair of lulus online and they were too big- so I was looking forward to the exchange. Two, because I worked really hard to lose weight and now that I did, sizing down is so rewarding. However, I was EXTREMELY disappointed when I went to the dressing room and the lead on staff asked me to leave my return package outside of the fitting room while a white male was able to bring his huge backpack into the fitting room with him. When she asked me to leave my bag, I was so upset and felt discriminated against that I wanted to just grab my bag and leave. But, I wasn’t there for HER I was there for me and my rewards of a quality workout pant. Overall, I will never go back there and if you’re a person of color- be careful if you decide to shop there.

Seemed kinda hectic due to being right before Christmas in addition to the restrictions. Jackson was incredibly helpful though. Even sanitized my credit card before handing it back to me which is the first time any place has ever done that. Great service!
